I have the right to refuse service to anyone. This is especially true for those who are rude, threatening, or aggressive to the shop or our customers.

Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped only to the address provided during checkout. Lily Dog Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item has been shipped to a provided address that is not correct, the customer is responsible for paying postage to ship to the correct address.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I do not accept returns or exchanges for natural wear and tear, misread colors, or other issues relating to the natural use of the product. If there is a hardware issue it is the customer's responsibility to reach out immediately to discuss their options. Since the gear produced by Lily Dog Gear is all made by hand there may be some variance in each item. Please reach out to discuss if you qualify for an exchange or return.
